Backed by a 30 day money back guarantee for residential sales, If you are not completely satisfied with your table, please contact Sew Perfect Tables™ within 30 days of purchase by calling 1-888-381-7685 to obtain a Return Authorization Code. This must be done before ANY return can be accepted. All returns must be returned in original, unassembled, NEW condition in the original packaging to avoid damage and to receive a full product refund. Upon receipt of a returned product our team will inspect the table for possible damage. Damaged product cannot be refunded. If the product was purchased during a free shipping promotion, the purchase price of the product less the shipping charges incurred will be refunded. No returns will be authorized beyond thirty (30) days after purchase. After thirty days the item will be treated as under Warranty.
This return policy does not apply to our dealer orders.
Sew Perfect Tables™ have been designed and manufactured to provide maximum durability. Sew Perfect Tables™ are guaranteed for TWO YEARS from the date of purchase. It is not necessary to register your table, but it important to keep your receipt or purchase paperwork when the table is ordered to verify purchase date. Sew Perfect Tables™ are guaranteed during the first TWO YEARS against manufacturing or material defects. This guarantee DOES NOT cover damages that arise from improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Under the terms of this limited warranty, Sew Perfect Tables™ will replace, repair or send a replacement part free of charge if the product problem meets the conditions noted above.
Sew Perfect Tables™ accepts no responsibility, nor provide the benefits of warranty if a Sew Perfect Table™ is not set up correctly as indicated in the provided assembly instructions.
ITEMS IN TRANSIT
Shipping charges to and from your location will be applied to all tables ordered from Sew Perfect Tables™ that are cancelled while in transit.
All tables should be inspected upon arrival. If your table has been damaged while in transit, please call us as soon as possible to process any required claim and to obtain photos of the damage you are reporting.
